Garrett is Somnio’s co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors. As Chief Operating Officer, Garrett oversees the Account Service, Strategy and New Business functions. He is proud to count among Somnio’s clients a “who’s who” of Fortune 500 companies in the global high-tech field and beyond. Garrett’s focus is on implementing best practices for process and systems, which allow Somnio to help clients accomplish their digital marketing goals. Prior to joining Somnio, Garrett won top honors for sales and marketing achievements at Hewlett-Packard and Apple, with multiple consecutive years of President’s Club and Pinnacle Club awards to mark his progress. Garrett has a marketing degree from Stephen F. Austin University and holds an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Scott is the Chief Financial Officer at Somnio. He is also a member of Somnio’s executive management team, which is responsible for leading the company to continued dynamic growth. Prior to his current role, Scott held the position of COO for vfco, Inc., where he developed the company’s expansion program, propelling VCFO to its position as the largest independent national firm in its segment. He has served in senior positions at technology, telecom, and agriculture companies, working with several high-growth clients as Consulting CFO. His specialties include corporate development, organizational strategy, financial planning and analysis, performance management, fund raising, M&A, and restructuring. Scott is a CPA in the state of Texas.

As the Vice President of Client Delivery” (PMO), Layne is responsible for the delivery of all programs and projects at Somnio. As a Key member of the Executive Team, he manages the producer and creative teams and establishes, measures and communicates performance metrics for staff; and acts as a trainer/mentor for his teams. Layne identifies process improvements and creates implementation plans to put a plan into action. He maintains our resource pool to ensure timely completion of all projects within the Somnio portfolio. Layne has visited over 50 different countries and has seen 5 of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Kim is Somnio’s Controller. She is responsible for managing the daily accounting, payroll, and human resource duties. Kim brings over fifteen years of experience to her role. Prior to her role at Somnio, Kim worked at Minco Technology Labs, Inc., a semiconductor die processing company, vfco, a financial and recruiting firm, and Quality Closeouts, an overstock distributor. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in business, with a major in accounting, from Texas State University.

Christina brings seven years of experience to her QA role. Prior to her position at Somnio, Christina worked for Advanced Micro Devices, Springbox (a digital ad agency) and CSID (an identity protection services company). She brings a unique perspective to QA based on her varied and distinct interactive experience. Christina, a native of New Orleans, holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in marketing from Xavier University of Louisiana.
